Manufacturer Warranty

Most of the brands we sell here at Grow Tent Harvest offer limited manufacturer warranties. Below is a list all of our brands and the length warranty/warranties they offer.

Refunds

Typically, the brands we sell offer a 30-90 day return/refund policy. Though this varies by brand, typically the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary anywhere from 10-30% of the product’s cost.

For the fullest refund, the product must be shipped back in the original packaging with all manuals and instructions included.

Products must be in factory new condition.

Returns

If you wish to return your item, please email us at support@growtentharvest.com, with your name and order number. As soon as we get your return request, our team will work to see if your request is within the timeframe offered by the manufacturer.

If your request is within the timeframe, you will be sent instructions on how to make your return.

Your refund will appear on your bank statement once the return has reached our warehouse and has been inspected for damages. The card on file will then be refunded the cost of the product minus shipping costs and brand dependent restocking fees.

Please note that most suppliers do charge a return and restocking fee. This fee can vary and is usually deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@growtentharvest.com as fast as you are able so that we can cancel the order with the manufacturer.

If the item has not been shipped, the customer is usually only responsible for a brand dependent restocking fee (if applicable).

If the item has shipped, more often than not the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a brand dependent restocking fee.
